Clear aligners daily cleaning instructions (do this every time you remove them).

1. Rinse Immediately

   Rinse your aligners with lukewarm water (never hot — heat can warp them).

2. Brush Gently

   • Use a soft toothbrush.

   • Apply clear, unscented liquid soap or a mild dish soap.

   • Brush inside and out gently

     ❌Avoid toothpaste — it’s abrasive and can make aligners cloudy.

     
     

3. Rinse thoroughly

   Make sure no soap residue remains.

Deep Clear Aligners Daily Cleaning (Once/Day)

Choose one of these options:

• Aligner cleaning crystals or tablets (Clear Aligners, Retainer Brite, etc.)

  Soak for 15–30 minutes as directed.

• White vinegar + water.

  Soak for 15–20 minutes, then brush and rinse well.

• Hydrogen peroxide + water.

  Soak for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
